No, you do not. You can checkout as a guest to place an order.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
To reset your password, click here. You will need to select the "forgot my password" option. You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on this page.

Please visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our reward options and click the 'Redeem' button after you select the reward you want. You will then use the code that appears to redeem your reward.

How long will it take for points to post to my account?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion.

Yes. Rewards points expire after 6 months.

No, we do not accept Cash App. However, you can pay using your Cash App card.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
My payment isn’t going through, what should I do?
Double check that the billing address on the credit card matches billing address you entered. You can also try entering your CVN and be sure that the card is not expired and a valid card. If after verification you still receive an error message, please contact your bank for further assistance.
Do the billing and shipping address have to be the same?
Yes, we require for your shipping and billing address to be the same.
Will I have to pay taxes for my purchase?
We currently collect state and local sales tax where it is required by state laws and is subject to change as taxation laws are updated. The taxes charged are calculated based on the order's shipping address, and is applied to the subtoal and shipping charges.

Yes, we do! We currently ship worldwide. Please follow our social media pages to be update on any shipping changes.
How much is shipping?
All orders being shipped to the U.S has a $5 flat rate shipping cost. If you are ordering internationally, shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the country where it’s being delivered.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes we do, however please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on where it is being shipped.

Yes we do, however please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on where it is being shipped. Follow these rules below or your package maybe returned back to us.

What carrier do you use?
Domestic packages are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via UPS.

How long will it take my order to ship?
The processing time for retail orders is 3-5 business days and 7- 10 business days for wholesale orders. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-8 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, most likely your order has not shipped yet. If you believe you did not receive a tracking number in error and it has passed the 3-5 business day processing time, please email us at glamournote@gmail.com and we will be happy to look into this for you.
When will I receive a tracking number?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

You are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will need to contact us immediately to get approval to purchase a new shipping label. Failure to contact us will result in no further actions taken by Glamour Note LLC. Glamour Note LLC is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by UPS or USPS.
I put the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
You will need to contact us immediately at glamournote@gmail.com to get approval to purchase a new shipping label. If we have already shipped your package, you will need to contact the carrier to get your packaged redirected. We are not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
My order is missing, what should I do?
Please contact your local post office to help locate your order. If they are unable to locate your package, call Usps customer service number at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim. Glamour Note LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I refused my delivery, can I get a refund?
Refused delivery for domestic orders will incur a $10 restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return. Please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your package was damaged during transit, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. Glamour Note LLC is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping.
I received missing/incorrect items in my order, what should I do?
If you receive an incomplete or wrong order/items, please send us an email within 2 days of receiving the incorrect or incomplete order at glamournote@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a picture of everything you received inside your order package including the packing slip.
I need to change something on my order, what should I do?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. If you need to add additional products to your order, you are welcome to place a second order.
I placed two orders, can you combined them?
No, we do not combine orders. If you place two orders, each order will be packaged separately and have its own tracking number.
I did not receive my tracking number, what should I do?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for you to receive the tracking email and be sure to check your spam/junk folder to confirm if the tracking email is in there. If you are still unable to locate your tracking number, send us an email at glamournote@gmail.com and we will be happy to resend it to you.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Order confirmations is sent shortly after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 4 hours to receive the email and be sure to check your junk/spam folders for confirmation. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation, send us an email at glamournote@gmail.com.
What happens if Shopify flags my order as "High Risk"?
If your order is flagged as "High Risk", you will be required to confirm and verify your identity. You will be ask to do so by sending us a copy of your government issued ID within 48 business hours to prevent your order from being canceled. The name and address on the order must match what is stated on your identification. If we do not get verification in a timely manner or the information doesn't not match your identification, your order will be canceled.
What happens if I file a dispute with my bank?
If you file a dispute for whatever reson, you will be permanently banned from order from our website and all sister compenies we own. If you have any issues with iur order, please reach out to us first before taking extreme measures.

You should NOT use our yoni steam if you are pregnant. Please consult with your doctor before using yoni oil, yoni bar, or yoni gel if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
Do your products treat BV and/or yeast infection?
No. Our products may help prevent BV and yeast infections, they will NOT cure BV or yeast infections. Consult a doctor and get the infection completely treated first. Once treated completely use the products to help continuously fight bacteria going forward.
Can the yoni bar be used to wash the entire body?
Yes, our yoni bars can be used for your entire body.
Why did I receive a different color Yoni Bar?
Our yoni bars comes in different colors but same amazing formula. You do not have the option to choose which color bar you will receive.
Should I use the yoni bar inside of my vagina?
The Yoni bar should only be used externally. It can be used to wash the outer layer of your vagina such as, your vulva or clitoris but not inside the vagina canal.

Our yoni oil should only be used externally. It can be used on your vulva or clitoris but not inside the vagina canal.

No, our yoni oil is not edible and should never be consumed.
