Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days of purchase. Wholesale orders requires 7 - 10 business day to be shipped. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email glamournote@gmail.com for a shipping update.
Shipping times may be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales and special promotions.
**Processing time during Black Friday and Cyber Monday is 7-20 business days or later.***
Order Status and Tracking
We ship out Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless that day falls on a holiday.
USPS and UPS takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time the order has shipped. This time frame does not apply to international orders. Please visit our local carrier site for shipping time frames to your country.
Address Changes
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email glamournote@gmail.com immediately for approval to purchase a replacement shipping label with the correct address. We cannot change an address once your order has been placed. You would need to purchase a new shipping label on our website with your correct address and order number in the note section. If your order is shipped prior to you purchasing a new shipping label, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package.
Returned Order Packages
If your package is returned to Glamour Note LLC for any reason, you will need to contact us immediately for approval to purchase a replacement shipping label. Failure to contact us will result in no further actions taken by Glamour Note LLC.
Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and or taxes. Our shipping fee will be clearly stated to you alongside the shipping service and estimated transit time during checkout for your order. Any fees accrued to you by customs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Abnormal Tracking
If your order was shipped and is showing abnormal tracking updates (i.e. only the label was created), email glamournote@gmail.com with your order number so that we can assist with your order.
Damaged Packages
Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damages during transit. Glamour Note LLC is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. If your package was damaged during transit, please contact USPS or UPS (whichever carrier who delivered your package) to file a claim.
Missing, Wrong, Damaged Products
If you receive an incomplete or wrong order, please contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving the incorrect or incomplete order at glamournote@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a picture of everything you received inside your order package including the packing slip. Failure to contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving an incorrect or incomplete order will result in no further actions taken by Glamour Note LLC.
Delivery Issues (Lost or Stolen Packages)
If you receive notification that your order was delivered, however, you did not receive it; contact UPS Customer Support at 1-888-742-5877 (domestic) or 1-866-782-7892 (international). You may also file a claim online for the missing order package here: https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page. If your carrier was USPS please contact them at 1-800-275-8777 or visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim. Glamour Note LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your (the customer's) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim against your lost or stolen package.
High Risk Orders
If your order is flagged as "High Risk", you will be required to confirm and verify your identity. You will be ask to do so by sending us a copy of your government issued ID within 48 business hours to prevent your order from being canceled. The name and address on the order must match what is stated on your identification. If we do not get verification in a timely manner or the information doesn't not match your identification, your order will be canceled.
